Guideline 023/25 on the Procedure for the use of the financial reporting platform and the submission of the financial report via the platform to the Accounting and Auditing Regulator

On 22 May 2025, the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) issued a Guideline to inform the owners of enterprises and the directors of NGOs about the procedure for the use of the financial reporting platform and the submission of the financial report using the platform. The procedure is summarised as follows:

1.     Create an account to use the platform

Step 1: Go to ACAR website and select the financial reporting platform

Step 2: Create an account on the platform

Step 3: Link to the platform to the E-filing system by clicking “add new entity” and entering the email and password of the E-filing account.

Step 4: Fill in the information about the entities, report format, and the preparation and authorisation of the report.

 

2.     Prepare the digital financial report 

Step 1: Fill in the information of the financial report on the platform

Step 2: Make payment for the platform

Step 3: Input the financial data into the Excel template and other data in the notes to the financial statements on the platform.

3.     Authorise and submit the digital financial report to ACAR

Step 1: Click “Done” after reviewing the completed financial report

Step 2: Check and review for any errors in the financial report

Step 3: Click “Approve” to get the 4-digit OTP that send to the director’s email

Step 4: Click “Submit” to submit the financial report to E-filing and pay the administrative fee.
